Office move

Gideon Franklin Ltd has relocated its head office from London to Abingdon in Oxfordshire. Just 35 minutes by train from Paddington to Didcot Parkway we remain within easy travelling distance from central London. The new office is close to many technology companies associated with Oxford University and the nearby science parks, and it is convenient for accessing other regions of the UK.

Our office is in a building called The Lambourn. Neighbours include the UK headquarters of two of Europe’s leading appliance companies – Miele (Germany) and smeg (Italy); Hitachi Hi Tech and Intralink, a Japan specialist consultancy with which we enjoy a close partnership.

The Lambourn is on the site of the former MG sports car factory. Visitors can enjoy the MG Club nearby, paying homage to the history of this iconic brand. One of the oldest medieval towns, Abingdon boasts abbey ruins, picturesque views of the River Thames and the County Hall designed by Sir Christopher Wren, architect of Saint Paul’s cathedral.
