Noah is an experienced CFO and non-executive board director, with a background in finance and general management. He has considerable practical experience in international M&A, including the formation, development and termination of joint ventures, and has a successful track record of leading complex transformational change.
His career includes 12 years with the global chocolate and soft drinks company Cadbury Schweppes, where he was CFO for EMEA. Subsequently, he was Group CFO of a listed technology company and of dairy specialist Volac International. He is Treasurer of the charity Diabetes UK.
Noah is a graduate of Oxford University. He is bilingual in French and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK and France.
